AI Automation Kit: 5 n8n Workflows That Run Your Small Business Admin

You didn't start a business to copy leads into spreadsheets, write the same email replies, and chase clients for money. This kit hands that work to n8n and AI, in about 30 minutes of setup.

What's inside

• AI Lead Catcher: every website lead is scored 1-10, saved to your sheet, and gets a personal reply in seconds. Hot leads ping you instantly.
• AI Inbox Assistant: new emails are sorted and answered as Gmail drafts, ready for you to approve. Urgent ones are flagged.
• Invoice Chaser: overdue invoices get polite, automatic reminders that grow firmer over time. No AI key needed.
• AI Content Machine: one idea in, ready-to-post drafts for LinkedIn, X, Instagram and Facebook out.
• Review Booster: happy customers are asked for a Google review; unhappy ones come to you privately with a ready apology.
• Step-by-step setup guide (PDF) and a Google Sheet starter with every tab and column ready.

Works with n8n Cloud or self-hosted n8n, Gmail, Google Sheets, and OpenAI or any OpenAI-compatible AI provider.

FAQ

Do I need to code? No. Import, connect your accounts, and fill in one Config box per workflow.

Is n8n free? The self-hosted Community Edition is free; n8n Cloud has paid plans.

Will it email my customers without asking? Only the instant lead reply, invoice reminders and review requests, which you can switch off. Inbox replies and apologies are drafts for you to approve.
