Over six weeks, you'll understand where you really stand, prepare your body and learn to read your own cycle.

• Week 3: Preparing your body
• Week 4: Understanding your cycle
• Week 5: Navigating care
• Week 6: Your decision, your plan (partners invited)

How it runs

• Sunday: 2-hour live class
• Friday: 1-hour Fertile Hour, with case reviews and Q&A
• Every Sunday class is recorded
