The Ultimate Ready-to-Wear Launch System™ is a practical, guided 6-week learning and implementation programme designed for aspiring and existing fashion entrepreneurs who want to start, structure, reposition or launch a profitable ready-to-wear fashion brand.
This is not just a masterclass.
And it is not a programme where you watch videos, take notes and are left to figure everything out by yourself.
You will learn the foundations of building a ready-to-wear business and then work through a structured implementation journey that helps you turn what you learn into real business assets, decisions and actions.
THE JOURNEY
Over the programme, we will take you through five major stages:
1. LEARN
You will build a stronger understanding of how the ready-to-wear business actually works.
You will learn about areas such as:
• Choosing the right ready-to-wear direction
• Understanding your target customer
• Product and collection planning
• Pricing for profit
• Branding and positioning
• Marketing and visibility
• Launch planning
• Selling and follow-up
• Building a business that can grow beyond one launch
But learning is only the beginning.
2. BUILD YOUR BRAND
You will begin translating your ideas into a clear fashion business.
You will work on questions such as:
Who do you serve?
What should your brand be known for?
Why should customers buy from you instead of another fashion brand?
How should you communicate and present your brand?
By the end of this stage, you should have much greater clarity around your customer, positioning, messaging and brand direction.
3. BUILD YOUR COLLECTION
Next, we move from brand ideas to products.
You will work through the decisions required to develop a focused ready-to-wear collection, including:
• Product selection
• Collection planning
• Design direction
• Pricing
• Production considerations
• Profitability
• Product presentation
Instead of producing random designs and hoping customers buy them, you will learn to build your collection with greater commercial intention.
4. GET LAUNCH-READY
Having products is not the same thing as being ready to sell them.
You will work on the assets and systems required to take your collection to market, including:
• Your product offer
• Product presentation
• Photos and videos
• Product catalogue
• Launch messaging
• Content planning
• Sales channels
• Customer communication
• Pre-launch visibility
• Launch preparation
You will also assess your production readiness so that you know what is realistically required before taking orders and promising delivery to customers.
5. LAUNCH & SELL
For participants who are production and launch-ready, we move into the launch and selling process.
You will learn how to:
Show → Engage → Sell → Follow Up → Learn → Repeat.
Because launching is not simply posting pictures and waiting for orders.
You need to know how to create visibility, communicate your offer, follow up with potential buyers, generate sales and learn from customer response.
And the goal is bigger than one launch.
Ultimately, we want you thinking about Sales, Profit and Sustainable Growth.
YOU WILL NOT BE DOING THIS ALONE
One of the biggest lessons from our first cohort was simple:
People don't always struggle because they don't know what to do.
Sometimes they struggle because they get stuck while implementing.
That is why Cohort 2 has been redesigned with stronger guidance, accountability and support.

You will go through a structured onboarding process where we establish your:

Every participant will not enter the programme at the same stage.
Some may already have products.
Some may be developing their first collection.
Some may still need time, capital or production capacity before launching.
The goal is therefore not to force everybody into an unrealistic launch date.
The goal is to help you make clear, measurable progress towards building a launch-ready and commercially stronger ready-to-wear business.
Participants who are ready can proceed to launch and sell.
Those who require additional production time will leave with a clear roadmap for completing the remaining steps and continuing towards launch.
90-DAY MOMENTUM
The work should not end simply because the six-week programme has ended.
After the programme, we will have a 90-Day Momentum Follow-Up to review progress and encourage participants to continue implementing, launching, selling and improving.
