By enrolling in this program, whether in-person or online, you acknowledge and agree to the following conditions:

1. Individual Registration Only

1.1. Course enrolment is strictly on an individual basis.

1.2. Group registrations (two or more people sharing a single payment) are not permitted.

2. Ownership and Use of Course Materials

2.1. All course materials including but not limited to videos, photographs, PDF files, patterns, and branded content remain the intellectual property of Atelier Kemfadez.

2.2. Materials are provided exclusively for the paid student’s personal learning and production purposes.

2.3. Resale, redistribution, gifting, or transfer of materials to third parties without written permission from Atelier Kemfadez is strictly prohibited.

2.4. Any unauthorized, resale, or redistribution will be treated as a copyright infringement and pursued under applicable laws.

3. Compensation for Unauthorized Use

3.1. Any party found using Atelier Kemfadez course content for unauthorized profit must provide full financial compensation as determined by Atelier Kemfadez.

3.2. Failure to reach a resolution will result in legal action under copyright infringement laws.

4. Public Disclosure of Training Content

4.1. Sharing, demonstrating, or exposing any part of the techniques, methods, or materials from this course on public platforms (including social media, YouTube, or forums) is not permitted.

4.2. Students who violate this clause may be blocked from all Atelier Kemfadez platforms without refund.

5. Prohibited Recording and Duplication

5.1. Screen-recording, downloading, re-editing, dubbing, or otherwise duplicating training videos for resale or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

6. Enforcement

6.1. Atelier Kemfadez reserves the right to monitor, investigate, and take immediate action against any breach of these terms, including but not limited to: account suspension, legal proceedings, and claims for damages.

7. Refund Policy

7.1. Refunds are not possible once granted access to the course.
