Hey, Money Maven!

If you’re tired of wondering where your money went, this Personal Financial Tracker is the holy grail you need! Trust me, I’m putting you on something valuable, easy to use, and life-changing when it comes to managing your finances.

How Does It Work?

Let me walk you through the step-by-step process of using your Money Maven Personal Tracker.

1. The Summary Sheet – Your Financial Overview

When you open your tracker, the first thing you’ll see is the Summary Sheet. This gives you a quick breakdown of:

* Inflow (total income)

* Expenditure (total expenses)

* Savings

* Difference (what’s left after expenses)

The Summary Sheet is automatically linked to each month’s budget, so you don’t have to stress about calculations—it’s all done for you!

2. The Savings Budget – Stay Motivated!

Below your Summary Sheet, you’ll find the Savings Budget section. This is where you set and track your savings goals.

For example:

* Say you want to save ₦30 million in your mutual fund this year. That goal will be added here to keep you motivated.

* The Carried Forward section tracks the amount you already saved in 2024 and carried into 2025.

* The Deductions section automatically updates if you withdraw from your savings.

Each month, when you save money, enter the amount under January Savings Budget, February Savings Budget, and so on. If you have multiple savings accounts, you can add more rows to track each one separately!

3. Monthly Budget – Tracking Income & Expenses

Now, let’s dive into your Monthly Budget. I’ll use January as an example.

When you open the January sheet, you’ll see:

* Days of the Month (so you can track daily expenses)

* Sections for Income, Fixed Expenses, Savings, and Wants

Here’s how to use it:

* Income Tracking:

• Under the Budget column, enter your expected income from salary, side gigs, business, etc.

• Under the Actual column, enter the amount you received.

• If you get unexpected money (e.g., a cash gift on January 5th), enter the amount under that date, and it updates automatically!

* Expense Tracking:

• Before you spend, set a budget for each category (food, transportation, rent, medicals, etc.).

• As you spend, enter the actual amount under the correct date.

• This helps you see where your money is going!

4. The Holy Grail – Automated Insights!

At the end of each month, your Summary Sheet will show:

* How much is spent on food, bills, and other expenses.

* How much you saved.

* How well you stuck to your budget.

With this tracker, you’ll take control of your money and finally achieve financial stability without stress!

So, what are you waiting for? Let’s do this together— get your finances organized and start making intentional money moves today!

Happy Tracking!
