The School Counselors Leadership Academy (SCLA) was created to bridge these gaps.

SCLA is a structured professional development and leadership certification that strengthens counseling practice, refines core skills, and equips school counselors to lead initiatives that improve student learning, behaviour, wellbeing, and parent engagement.

This is not a motivational course.

It is capacity building for real school impact.
