HOW IT WORKS

Every total is a real formula, not typed-in text — change a quantity or price and the subtotal, VAT, and grand total recalculate instantly. VAT is pre-set at 7.5% (Nigeria's standard rate) but it's one editable cell, so you can set it to 0% if you're not VAT-registered, or adjust it for a different jurisdiction.
