On this final day of the workshop, you will learn how to manage book projects from start to finish, meet deadlines, communicate effectively with authors, and build a professional and profitable editing business.
We will also discuss how you can use your editing skills to offer brand communication services to organizations.
Finally, we will explore authorship from the author's perspective, examine the book publishing process, and discuss what it takes to launch a book successfully.ย
You will also learn how to improve your self-editing skills and use your understanding of authorship and publishing to become a more effective book editor.

Your learning begins before the main workshop with pre-workshop materials, including The Book Editorโs Mindset and Reinvention Workbook and preparatory exercises.
Early registrants will also receive free access to the pre-workshop lecture, Five Costly Mistakes I Made as a New Book Editor and the Business Lessons You Can Learn from Them.
The main workshop will hold from 1โ5 December 2026 in a private Telegram group. All sessions will be recorded for you to watch again.
After the five-day training, the learning room will remain open for an additional week for questions and answers, practical exercises, examination, and assessment. Participants who meet the participation and assessment requirements will receive their certificates by email.
