√Everyone who subscribes would be contacted by phone. Note that the phone call is an INTERVIEW (the first level) and an assessment.

√Candidates who pass this first level, would be scheduled and invited for an IN-PERSON chat (the second level). This level also includes BACKGROUND and MEDICAL checks.

√Candidates who pass the second level would be notified and signed up to work with THE BABY LOUNGE on our temp package.

√Please NOTE that ONLY those who have SUCCESSFULLY passed through the SCREENING & APPRAISAL PROCESS would be shortlisted and on-boarded.
