What you will need to provide:

• Your full legal name or registered company name
• Four clear graphic representations, tracings, or drawings of your design — maximum 29cm × 21cm on A4 sheets in black ink
• A brief description of the design and the product it applies to
• A signed Power of Attorney authorising our Ghanaian attorney to act on your behalf (we will prepare this for you)
