I’ve spent more than a decade in the real estate industry, and I have observed numerous abnormalities in the conduct and modes of operation of many stakeholders, including estate developers, investors and aspiring investors, and realtors.

These abnormalities often lead people to fail, not necessarily because the industry is unprofitable, but because they are not properly guided. Poor decisions, weak communication, and misplaced priorities repeatedly cost time, money, and opportunities.
