Our Goal

Fusion Job Application Services supports healthcare professionals seeking NHS employment by helping them identify suitable vacancies, complete applications, and prepare for interviews, with the aim of helping them progress toward a sponsored job opportunity.

What We Provide

• Identification of suitable NHS and healthcare job vacancies.
• Submission of up to 60 job applications on your behalf.
• Assistance with completing and submitting application forms.
• Tailoring of applications to suitable vacancies where appropriate.
• Interview preparation and guidance when you are shortlisted.
• Ongoing application support throughout the agreed service period.

Service Limit

The service covers a maximum of 60 job applications. Once 60 applications have been submitted, the agreed service is considered complete. Additional applications or services may require a new agreement and additional fees.

Fusion Job Application Services does not guarantee an interview, job offer, employment, sponsorship, or any specific outcome. Shortlisting, interviews, recruitment and sponsorship decisions are made entirely by the relevant NHS Trust or employer.

Our role is to support you through the application process and help you present your qualifications and experience effectively.
