LEADERSHIP GOLD MASTERCLASS

(26 critical lessons every leader needs)

Leadership Gold is overflowing with nuggets of wisdom accumulated by John C. Maxwell during 40+ years of studying, practicing, and teaching leadership. This course includes 26 insightful leadership strategies and experiences that every leader needs to have. It covers wide ranging aspects of leadership, the secrets and the pitfalls that a leader must be aware of in order to be effective.

The first main idea of the book say: “If it’s lonely at the top, you’re not doing something right!” Becoming a leader is not only about winning; in fact, one of a leaders’ greatest strengths is the ability to nurture strong relationships.

To be an effective “climber” up the corporate leader, you need to be a “connector” as well. As you will find out in this study, it’s the connectors who really move the world around!

I will be facilitating these contents in an 8- session, 4-week virtual mastermind study group sessions starting Tuesday 27th July 2021

Our virtual sessions will hold every Tuesday and Thursday for 4 consecutive weeks. The time is 7pm to 9pm. Each class has capacity for 15 candidates only.
