About six months ago, I decided to stop experimenting randomly and fully commit to a consistent hair-regrowth routine.

I won't promise anyone a miracle or claim that one treatment cures every type of hair loss. What I will do is share my journey, my routine, what I have learned, and the evidence-based approaches that can help people dealing with certain forms of hair loss.
