The African Virgin for Change

As aptly stated by Mahatma Gandhi, "A nation's culture resides in the hearts and souls of its people.” For a long time, Nigeria has been lacking a clear leadership ideology and purpose; and in our collective pursuit to find permanent solutions to the decades-long divisive winds of national hatred and suspicion, I have in this work and in other series of these classics, put together a collection of timeless thoughts on nation-building with a solution-driven approach to social change. These inspiring materials are designed to awaken and expose young people and leaders to a new wave of thinking that would bring about change in our country, Nigeria, and in the African society at large. The book series is a patriotic project created to drive the message of change and love for our country with utmost dedication and conviction for citizens' awakening process, awareness and consciousness. This work is built upon the philosophy of the Love for Country Campaigns and at Seminar Series in institutions of higher learning and in partnership with Change Actors and their organizations to inspire, encourage, enhance and mobilize young people to become agents of change and icons of hope in their communities and various spheres of influence.
