Four things this guide gives you
The exact words. "It's bedtime. Back to bed." The same words every time.
Fear or testing? It shows you how to tell, and what to do for each.
One plan for everyone. You, your partner and a grandparent do bedtime the same way.
Calm and safe. It never asks you to lock the door, shout, or leave a frightened child to cry.
Questions people ask
Will it work for my child?
I can't promise that. Every child is different. What I can tell you is that it gives you a clear plan, the exact words, and a tracker, so you can see what is working and change one thing at a time.
Do you leave them to cry?
No. You walk your child back calmly every time. There is a stay-close version for children who are scared. The guide never asks you to lock or block the door.
What ages is it for?
Healthy children about 2 to 4 who sleep in a bed. Some tools, like the "ok to get up" clock and the bedtime pass, suit children about 3 and over. The guide says which.
Is it medical advice?
No. It is general information. It tells you when to see your child's doctor first.
Do I need to buy anything else?
No. A color-changing clock or a lamp on a timer helps with early mornings, but it is optional.
How do I read it?
It is a PDF. Read it on your phone, or print it and fill in the sheets.
How do I get it?
You pay by card on Selar's secure checkout. Your download link appears after you pay, and a copy is sent to your email.
