Training Fee: ₦120,000

Duration: 2 Weekends (4 Days Total: Saturdays & Sundays)

Time per Session: 2 Hours 30 minutes Daily - 6:00pm to 8:30pm

Location: Lagos (Logistics fee may apply outside Lagos Mainland)

This is a hands-on, guided execution training.

WEEKEND 1 – VISIBILITY & CONVERSION SETUP

Day 1 (Saturday): SEO Fundamentals for Visibility

You’ll Implement:

• Find 3 profitable keywords for your niche
• Use ChatGPT + keyword tools to create an SEO article or Video.
• Publish your article on Medium or Quora
• Set up Google Search Console to track performance
• Create backlinks

Goal: Start getting discovered online without paying for ads

Day 2 (Sunday): Build Your Sales Funnel

You’ll Implement:

• Create a lead magnet using a provided template
• Build a landing page using Selar or ConvertKit
• Draft WhatsApp/email follow-up messages
• Test the full funnel end-to-end

Goal: Have a working system that captures and follows up with leads

WEEKEND 2 – TRAFFIC & SYSTEMS FOR SCALE

Day 3 (Saturday): Advertising & Community Setup

You’ll Implement:

• Draft a Facebook or Google ad campaign
• Set up a basic community (WhatsApp/Telegram group)
• Plan 3 days of valuable content for your community
• Create group welcome messages + engagement rules

Goal: Begin attracting people and nurturing them into clients

Day 4 (Sunday): Staffing, SOPs & Risk Management

You’ll Implement:

• Identify 3 tasks to delegate in your business
• Write 1 Standard Operating Procedure using our guide
• Draft a simple policy covering operations, payments, data, etc.
• Learn how to hire support staff (writer, admin, designer, etc.)

Goal: Set up a structure that supports growth and protects your work
