About the Author:

Nicholas Watila is a Kenyan-born writer with Ugandan ancestry. A resident of Kitale in Trans-Nzoia County, he's written gripping tales set in his rural landscape. His published works include the novel Life's Balances. His stories appear in the anthologies Fighting on Arrival and Other Stories, The Mischievous Trio and Other Stories, The Hidden Face of Nairobi and Other Stories, and Many More Others Will Have to Suffer and Other Stories. He is also the author of The Wild Cup, The Rungu Club, Zahra, My Love, and Honey.
