Kindly note the following:
a. The Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) holds the final decision on the choice of name from the available names provided by you. We do not have a say over the particular name that will be chosen

d. We regret to inform you that we do not offer refunds. Therefore, we encourage you to make informed decisions before proceeding
e. The registration process typically takes 10-14 working days. Branding (e.g ID Cards, Frame, etc) requires an additional 3 working days. Delivery will take approximately 3-5 working days. Please note that these time-frames are estimates and may be subject to change based on the workload and policies of the relevant authorities.
f. In the event that your submitted name gets disapproved, you will pay a token of #2000 for name re-submission.
g. We want you to be VERY REST ASSURED that you will get value for every payment made to us and we wish you the best in your business.
h. There is an additional 10% charge for every member of the board of trustees above the recommended 5 trustees
