3-Day Marathon Revision Class for Bar Aspirants

A SUBSTANTIVE THREE-DAY REVISION CLASS FOR BAR ASPIRANTS

The 3-Day Marathon Revision Class is a live teaching programme designed to help Bar aspirants revise important principles, procedures, statutory provisions, professional rules, and examination applications across the five Bar Finals courses.

Using the Bar Finals Active Recall Checklist as our revision roadmap, we will work through selected questions and topics by identifying the applicable principles, authorities, procedural steps, exceptions, and examination applications.

YOUR QUESTIONS WILL GUIDE THE CLASS

After payment, every registered participant will receive a question-submission form.

You will be able to identify:

• Topics you find difficult

• Questions from the Active Recall Checklist you cannot answer confidently

• Principles, procedures, or distinctions requiring clarification

• Past-question or drafting areas you want explained

• Specific questions you want addressed during the class

The questions submitted by participants will determine the areas receiving the greatest attention. Similar questions will be grouped and taught together so that the explanations benefit the entire class.

This will not simply involve reading answers aloud. Selected questions will be broken down and taught substantively, with attention to the relevant rules, procedures, authorities, and examination applications.

Participants should have a copy of the Bar Finals Active Recall Checklist available during the sessions.

PROFESSIONAL ETHICS AND SKILLS

We will revise selected substantive and procedural areas from both courses, guided by participants’ submitted questions and the Active Recall Checklist.

DAY 2 — SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 26, 2026

PROPERTY LAW PRACTICE

CRIMINAL LITIGATION

We will address selected principles, procedures, statutory requirements, practical distinctions, and examination applications identified through participants’ questions.

DAY 3 — SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 27, 2026

5:00 p.m.–7:00 p.m.

CIVIL LITIGATION

MCQ BRIEFS

We will revise selected Civil Litigation areas and conclude with concise briefs on commonly tested principles and distinctions relevant to multiple-choice questions across the Bar Finals courses.

HOW THIS DIFFERS FROM THE BAR FINALS EXCEL TOOLKIT

The Bar Finals Excel Toolkit is a separate study-planning, tracking, revision, and examination-execution resource.

This masterclass is a live substantive teaching programme focused on explaining selected legal principles, procedures, authorities, and examination questions.

The masterclass is not a repeat, demonstration, or summary of the Toolkit. Purchasing or owning the Toolkit is not required to attend, and the Toolkit is not included in the registration fee.

IMPORTANT LIMITATIONS

The five Bar Finals courses cannot be exhaustively taught within six hours. The class will prioritize selected areas based on the Active Recall Checklist, recurring examination concerns, and questions submitted by registered participants.

Registration does not guarantee that every individual question or every topic in the Nigerian Law School syllabus will be covered.

Participants remain responsible for studying the complete syllabus and verifying the applicable law with current Nigerian Law School materials, legislation, rules, authorities, and classroom guidance.

RECORDING AND ACCESS

The sessions will be recorded. By participating verbally or through the chat, you acknowledge that your contributions may appear in the recording.

Recordings are for registered participants’ personal educational use only. They must not be reproduced, resold, forwarded, uploaded, or shared.

Replay access will end on October 4th, 2026.

PAYMENT AND ATTENDANCE POLICY

• Full payment is required to secure your place.

• One ticket admits one participant.

• Access details must not be shared.

• Payments are non-refundable except where the class is cancelled by the organizer.

• Missing a live session does not qualify a participant for a refund because temporary replay access will be provided.

• Participation does not guarantee a pass, First Class, or any particular examination result.
