The Team Pack is the same BillMate licence issued as one shared key for five people — ten devices in total. BillMate counts devices, not who is using them, so a team of five with two devices each is the intended shape rather than a rule it enforces.

HOW TEAMS ACTUALLY WORK IN BILLMATE

Be clear about this before you buy: BillMate is a single-surveyor tool per project. Projects live on the device that made them, so five people on one key work on their own projects — they do not co-edit a live bill. You move work between people with a backup file, and rate libraries merge on restore rather than overwrite, so nothing is lost.

If you need several people editing the same bill simultaneously, BillMate is not built for that and this pack will not change it.
