Whereas in the 19th century, the world was decentralizing efforts but now we are in the age of globalization whereby integration is the in thing. Anointing is not an alternative to team work. The show-manship that we see in ministries in our day should never undermine the necessity of team work.

Many young people desire to serve God but are ignorant of how to respond to the call to ministry in all honesty. Everyman's call in life is greater than his personal resourcefulness. No man is self-sufficient or sufficient not to work on a team. No man is an ocean. Men must flow into you and you must flow into others. A man's mission, therefore, includes the input of many others for it to be fulfilled. Jesus, the Son of God, could not alone accomplish the purpose of God on earth. The fact that you have a mission in life does not necessarily pre-suppose that you must be a Founder and President of a ministry organization. It may be a subset of another man's mission. The most authentic way of raising or joining, a mission team that shall result to the much-needed revival has been explicitly treated.
