You get everything in the two-day masterclass, plus an exclusive session most attendees never see: The Beauty Business Masterclass, a Shades of Emerald Artistry experience delivered in partnership with IdeaBox Creative Consultancy. In this closed-door session, you sit with Nkechinyere not as your makeup trainer but as a marketing strategist, working on your actual business: your pricing, your positioning, your brand, and a growth plan you leave with. You'll also have direct access to IdeaBox marketing associates to ask the questions about digital marketing and business development you've never had anyone to ask. You leave with a business and marketing ideation plan , business proposal format, etc. VIP also includes a branded event t-shirt, priority seating on both days, and first access to partner opportunities coming out of the event. On October 2 and 3, 2026, Shades of Emerald Artistry, in partnership with IdeaBox Creative Consultancy, brings the first Beauty & Business Masterclass to Accra. Two full days where you learn professional makeup artistry with your hands, on real models, and then learn the business side that turns your talent into steady income.
Your trainer is Nkechinyere Agwu, founder of Shades of Emerald Artistry, a registered makeup artist in Abuja that has trained close to 100 makeup artists, many of whom now run their own beauty businesses. She has worked backstage at some of Nigeria's biggest pageants, from Miss Peace International to Most Beautiful Girl in Abuja. She is also a marketing consultant with an MBA, and the CEO of IdeaBox Creative Consultancy, where she advises businesses across fintech, travel, fashion and entertainment. She teaches the craft because she has mastered it, and the business because she builds them for a living.
Every attendee leaves with a certificate and a network of serious beauty entrepreneurs from across West Africa.
