The Jewish tradition has long emphasized the pursuit of peace (shalom), justice (tzedek), reconciliation, communal responsibility, and the dignity of every human being. Across generations, Jewish communities have cultivated strong traditions of dialogue, learning, problem-solving, and constructive engagement in the face of disagreement and adversity.

Today, Jewish federations, educational institutions, advocacy organizations, congregations, charitable agencies, and community leaders increasingly face challenging conversations, organizational tensions, community conflicts, and complex stakeholder relationships. These realities call for practical skills that enable leaders to preserve relationships while addressing difficult issues effectively.

To support this important work, I would like to invite your staff, board members, community leaders, educators, volunteers, and stakeholders to participate in a one-day professional development workshop:

Conflict Resolution and Community Peacebuilding

Facilitator: Professor Olajide Olagunju, PhD, FCIArb, Attorney at Law

This highly interactive workshop integrates proven conflict resolution methodologies with practical approaches that support stronger, healthier, and more resilient communities.
