Owé Linguistics: an Introduction (Second Edition) is a stimulating and enlightening textbook written primarily for Owé speakers of Kabba, Kogi State. The book, which is written in a pedagogical style, is also an introductory text to linguistics as it deals basically with the structure of human language drawing on data from Owé, a dialect of Yorùbá. Owé Linguistics: an Introduction relies on real life data that readers, especially Owé speakers can easily identify with. The book which contains about two hundred and fifty Owé- English and four hundred English-Owé glossaries will serve as a reference text for the Owé dialect.
