CHURCH ASSIMILATION COURSE

There are 2 Ways through which the membership of a church grows.

1. God instructs the new worshippers to continue worshipping in the church he or she visited.

2. The First time worshippers feels the need to continue to worship in the church here he or she just visited

While we pray for option 1, we also believe ministries can make it possible for first time worshippers to also consider option 2.

Assimilation is the process of helping a first time worshipper imbibe the culture and become a committed member of the church he or she just visited.

This decision happens in split minutes and mainly not because of the regular calls or sms or visitation but rather a well designed and intentional strategy.

We believe the church assimilation team needs to learn how to build relationships with first time worshippers before offering the membership option.

In this course

Participating assimilation teams of 4 per church will learn

- Deploy Proven Assimilation strategies that delivers a 30% assimilation rate.

- How to develop an effective assimilation system

- How to drive Assimilation as a project with the entire workforce instead of just a few hands in the Assimilation department.
