The Family Travel Planning Bundle

Plan the flight. Fill the in-between. Build the days.

Travelling with children means planning in three moments: getting on the plane, filling the waiting and in-between time, and building days away that suit a family’s pace. This bundle gives you a planner for each one.

1. The Toddler Flight Kit (large print)

A 46-page planner for flying with a child aged 1-4. Toddler profile, flight snapshot, flight comparison, seat and restraint questions, documents checklist, four-week countdown, a “My Trip Is Soon” checklist, carry-on zones, airport-day run-sheet (and a return-trip copy), flexible in-flight plan, Plan B pages, arrival notes and a debrief. Plus a Plan B Pocket Card and a Helper Handoff Card. All text is 16-point or larger, with extra-tall writing lines and big checkboxes. US Letter and A4.

2. The Activity-Card Add-On (large print)

12 low-prep activity cards, each with an Easier and a Different option; 6 snack-rotation cards (write-in prompts, not a food list); a boarding-day checklist in full size and as a cut-and-fold sheet; and a phone edition with 31 phone-sized screens. US Letter and A4.

3. The Kid-Paced Family Itinerary Builder (fillable workbook)

A 28-page budget-aware trip workbook: a trip snapshot and family huddle, a budget planner and spending log, pages to pick one realistic anchor a day with flexible options and a free alternative, a quick check for each stop, 7 daily trip cards each with a Plan B, a packing list, a bookings page and trip notes. Fill it in on a computer, or print it and write by hand. It also includes an optional prompt you can paste into an AI chatbot to draft a day-by-day plan, which you then check yourself. US Letter.

What you get: one download containing three separate product zips: The Toddler Flight Kit, the Activity-Card Add-On and the Kid-Paced Family Itinerary Builder. Each has its own files and Read Me.

Good to know

•           These are planning tools. They cannot guarantee how a trip will go.

•           Airline, airport and destination rules differ and change. The kits prompt you to check official sources.

•           No medical, legal or insurance advice.

•           If you use an AI chatbot with the Builder, check every venue, price and rule yourself. Do not type passport numbers, card details or booking codes into a chatbot.

•           Digital product: nothing is shipped. For personal and family use only.

Frequently asked questions

Is this a physical product? No. It is an instant digital download (a zip of PDF files).

What is in the download? Three separate product zips, exactly as they are sold on their own: The Toddler Flight Kit (large-print planner and Quick Cards, US Letter and A4), the Activity-Card Add-On (printable cards in US Letter and A4, plus a phone edition), and the fillable Kid-Paced Family Itinerary Builder workbook with its prompt text file.

Is everything in large print? The Toddler Flight Kit and the Add-On are (all text 16-point or larger). The Itinerary Builder is a standard-size fillable workbook; on screen you can zoom as far as you like.

Which paper sizes? The Toddler files come in US Letter and A4. The Itinerary Builder is US Letter; on A4, choose “Fit to page” when printing.

Can I fill the Itinerary Builder in on my computer? Yes. Click a box and type. On a phone or tablet, use a PDF app that supports forms, or print and write by hand.

Do I need an AI chatbot? No. The AI prompt in the Builder is optional. You can plan by hand.

Does it tell me what documents, visas or car seats I need? No. Rules differ and change, so the kits prompt you to check official sources.

Is it only for toddlers? The Flight Kit is written for children aged 1-4. The Itinerary Builder works for families with children of any age, and lets you set a pace for your own family.

Can I print it more than once? Yes, for your own trips and family. Please do not resell or share the files.
