Our Salon Team Training Program is a hands-on, Afro-centric professional development experience designed to elevate salon teams working with natural and textured hair. The program strengthens technical skill, product understanding, and client-safe practices, ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery across your salon.

Training Modules (What We Offer)

1. Natural Hair Theory - Understanding Afro-textured hair structure, behavior, and care principles for informed styling decisions.
2. Product Knowledge - How to select, use, and layer products correctly for different hair needs, textures, and services.
3. Detangling Techniques - Pain-free, damage-minimizing detangling methods that protect the scalp and hair integrity.
4. Shampooing & Conditioning Processes - Professional cleansing and conditioning protocols for healthy hair and optimal styling results.
5. Safe Heat Application Techniques - Controlled heat usage to prevent damage while achieving desired results when heat is necessary.

Bonus Module:

Heat-Free Hair Preparation for Braiding

Proven sectioning blueprints and preparation techniques that eliminate the need for heat before braiding, protecting hair health and reducing breakage

Trainees: 2

Duration: 2 weeks

Total time:

3 days/week × 2 weeks = 6 sessions

6 sessions × 2 hours = 12 hours total

Breakdown:

Theory + Product Knowledge: 2 hours

Detangling: 4 hours

Shampooing & Conditioning: 4 hours

Safe Heat Application Techniques: 2 hours
