Procurement service charges

1. For customers who already have the product link. You pay a 5% procurement fee based on the total cost of goods. A ₦10,000 commitment fee is required upfront to begin processing, refunded once full payment for your goods is completed.

2. For customers who need help sourcing the product and finding a trusted supplier. You pay an 8% procurement fee based on the total cost of goods. A ₦10,000 commitment fee is required upfront to begin processing, refunded once full payment for your goods is completed.

⚠️ The ₦10,000 fee is non-refundable if you decide not to proceed with the purchase after we begin sourcing, as it covers time, supplier communication, and order preparation. Final procurement fee (5% or 8%) is calculated based on the total cost of your goods and paid alongside your order.
