TEENAGE COUNSELLING PACKAGE

Welcome to Our Teenage Counselling Package and thank you for taking this important step toward supporting your teenager’s emotional and mental well-being.

The teenage years can be confusing, overwhelming, and emotionally intense, for both teens and their parents. This counselling package is designed to provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where teenagers can freely express themselves, understand their emotions, and develop healthy coping skills.

Our Teenage Counselling Package focuses on helping adolescents navigate challenges such as:

Emotional changes and mood swingsAnxiety, stress, and low self-esteem

Peer pressure and social relationships

Academic pressure and motivation

Identity, boundaries, and communication

Family and parental relationship challenges

Through our structured sessions with trained LDM counsellors, teenagers are guided to build self-awareness, emotional resilience, confidence, and positive decision-making skills. Parents are also supported with insights and guidance where appropriate, ensuring a balanced and holistic approach.

Our goal is not just to help teens cope, but to help them thrive.

FEES: Online options:

These options are via Zoom video calls

a) 2 - hours one off session: $200

3 - PACK COUNSELLING BUNDLE PACKAGES

The 3- Pack counselling bundle consists of 3 counselling sessions:

a) 1- hour per session x 3 sessions: $250

b) 1.5 - hours per session x 3 sessions: $400

These options are physical meeting (Insight).

a) 2 - hours One off session: $250

b) 1- hour per session x 3 sessions: $400

c) 1.5- hours per session x 3 sessions: $500

Kindly note that a 1-hour session is ideally 50 counselling minutes. If you choose to carry on with your session beyond your scheduled time, you would be deemed to have engaged another session and would become liable to pay for the additional periods used.

Kindly note that the counselling packages above are for counselling sessions conducted by our certified LDM counsellors only and NOT by Pastors Kingsley or Mildred Okonkwo.
