Toddler Flight Kit: Activity-Card Add-On Low-prep ideas for the moments in between.

Waiting at the gate, settling into a seat, the long stretch of the flight: these are the moments parents plan for. This printable add-on gives you simple activity cards, snack prompts and a boarding-day checklist, all in large print.

What you get

•           12 activity cards (large print, one per page): Find Something…, Window Watcher, Sticker Scene, What’s in the Bag?, Picture Hunt, Color Search, Story Together, Quiet Drawing, Point and Name, Pretend Journey, Stretch and Wiggle, Surprise Envelope. Each card lists what you need, three short steps, and an “Easier” and a “Different” option.

•           6 snack-rotation cards: Familiar Snack, Easy-to-Open Option, Backup Snack, Drink Plan, Mealtime Match, Mess Plan. These are write-in prompts, so you choose what suits your own child.

•           Boarding-day checklist: a full-size checklist and a cut-and-fold sheet that fits in a pocket or bag.

•           Phone edition: 31 phone-sized screens with Plan B prompts, the boarding-day checklist, activity cards and snack prompts, to use at the airport.

•           US Letter and A4 versions of the printable files.

Large print. All text in the printable files is 16-point or larger, with extra-tall writing lines.

How it works

1.         Download the zip and open the Read Me First file.

2.         Print the cards you want, or keep the phone edition on your phone.

3.         Pick one activity and one backup for each moment of the flight.

Good to know

•           Activities are ideas for children roughly 1-4 years old. Choose what suits your own child, and keep adult supervision in place.

•           Snack cards are prompts, not nutrition advice. Choose foods that suit your child and check airline and security rules for food and drinks.

•           Stickers, crayons and small objects need supervision. Do not assume any item is suitable for every child.

•           Digital product: nothing is shipped. For personal and family use only.

Pairs with The Toddler Flight Kit (core planner), sold separately. The two are also available together as a bundle.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need the core kit to use this? No. The add-on works on its own. It also fits the “in-flight plan” page in the core kit.

Is the phone edition fillable? It is for reading and following on your phone. To tick items, open it in an app that lets you draw or type on pages.

What paper sizes are included? US Letter and A4 for the printable files. The phone edition is sized for phone screens.

Will these activities keep my child calm? We cannot promise how a child will respond. The cards are ideas to try, with easier and different versions so you can adapt them.

Are the snack cards a food list? No. They are write-in prompts. You choose the foods.

Can I print the cards more than once? Yes, for your own trips and family. Please do not resell or share the files.
