1-Year Virtual Leadership Academy for Kids & Teens

A year-long virtual leadership experience designed to help children and teens build confidence, communication skills, emotional intelligence, and real-world leadership from anywhere in the world.

This year-long virtual leadership experience is for kids and teens (ages 6–16) that develops the skills young leaders need to thrive in school, relationships, and life.

Through interactive weekly sessions, hands-on projects, and a supportive global community, participants will learn how to:

• Speak with confidence
• Lead with empathy and integrity
• Manage emotions and self-control
• Collaborate and solve problems
• Discover their strengths and voice

This is not a lecture-based program it’s a leadership lab where kids learn by doing.

It is delivered across 4 structured terms, each designed to build on the last and support long-term leadership growth.

Program Structure

• Duration: 12 months (4 Terms)
• Format: 100% Virtual (Live Sessions)
• Session Frequency: Weekly (60–90 minutes)
• Term Length: Approximately 10–12 weeks per term
• Age Groups:
• Juniors (6–8)
• Teens (9-15)
