⚙️ HOW TO INSTALL — CINEMATIC LIGHT FLASH MACRO

🔵 Step 1: Locate the Macro File

• Download
• You will find a .setting (Macro) file

🔵 Step 2: Open the Correct Folder

1. Open DaVinci Resolve
2. Go to the Fusion Page
3. In the top-right, open the Effects panel
4. Navigate to:
5. Effects → Templates → Edit → Effects
6. Right-click anywhere inside the panel and choose:
7. “Open File Location”

🔵 Step 3: Install the Macro

1. Copy the Cinematic Light Flash (.setting) file
2. Paste it into the folder that just opened
3. Restart DaVinci Resolve

🔵 Step 4: Use the Effect on the Edit Page

1. Go to the Edit Page
2. Open the Effects panel
3. Navigate to:
4. Effects → Effects
5. Drag Cinematic Light Flash onto your clip
6. Customize the effect in the Inspector

⚠️ IF THE EFFECT DOESN’T SHOW

• Restart DaVinci Resolve
• Make sure the macro was pasted into Edit → Effects, not Titles
• Refresh the Effects panel
• Ensure Resolve is updated to a supported version
