If you are seeing this, it means you are officially tired of spending a lot of money on products that do not work for your skin concerns. Well, you are in the right place!

From the comfort of your home, whether in Nigeria or Outside Nigeria, you can have access to our virtual consultation sessions, aimed at helping you achieve your skin goals.

This is how it works:

1️⃣ After going through these terms and paying for the STANDARD option, you will be automatically redirected to our WhatsApp line. Our direct WhatsApp line is 08097167936

2️⃣ We will send you a form to fill, and you would be expected to send in pictures & videos of your skin issues.

3️⃣ During the session, our Consultant will assess your skin & ask you more questions if necessary.

4️⃣ After all the necessary info is gotten, Our Consultant will draw up a list of products for you, and the routine in which you should use them. You can then proceed to order the products from our website.

STANDARD CONSULTATION PROVIDES THE FOLLOWING:

1. Online Consultation, strictly by messaging (WhatsApp)

2. Skin assessment for Face & Body skin concerns

3. Personalised product recommendations

4. Procedure for Product Usage

5. 2-Month check in/Follow up (Once per month) via messaging.

6. Clients have access to Head Consultant for a duration of 2 months after product recommendations.

7. Dedicated support

8. Free N5000 coupon when Client orders the products from us. Coupon valid within 48hrs after Recommendations.

9. No discount on renewal. (In other words, if Client decides to renew for another 2 months, Fee is still N25,000)

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. The Consultation line operates strictly from Mondays to Thursdays only.

2. Clients are advised to purchase recommended products from our store to ensure authenticity. However, if the products are NOT purchased from us, we will NOT be liable for any damage caused as a result of purchasing counterfeit products, and as such, can only provide limited follow up in such instances.

3. Our Consultant is a Certified Cosmetologist/Beauty Therapist and cannot provide Dermatological or Medical Services. This means that recommendations will not be given for skin issues, infections or diseases that require In-office procedures. In such cases, Referrals to a clinic would be given.

4. Skincare Recommendations are strictly advisory, with reference to Aesthetic practices. There is no 100% guarantee of success and as such, the company will not be liable in the event that these recommendations do not work as expected

5. Consultation Fee applies per person. You cannot share your spot with another.

6. Skincare takes time, and individual tolerances/adaptability may vary. Good skincare isn't 'Fast Action'. It's important that Clients are patient with their routine for at least 3-6 months before giving up or requesting a complete overhaul.

7. We DO NOT recommend products for Skin bleaching/Skin whitening. We CANNOT help you maintain results gotten from skin bleaching/skin whitening.

8. We DO NOT recommend products that alter your natural skin tone. We BELIEVE that your natural skin tone should be appreciated and maintained.

9. After the Consultation Form has been filled, Our Consultant will reach out to you within 12-72hrs, excluding Weekends.(If you cannot wait for 12-72hrs, PLEASE DO NOT BOOK A SESSION WITH US)

10. We do not offer Change-of-Mind Upgrades or Refunds.

11. Confidentiality is respected, as Client's pictures/videos will not be posted without consent. However, Texts and voice conversations may be used for educational purposes. In situations where voice conversations are used, it will be obscured in a way to guarantee client's privacy.
