MEDPORT is a Medical software that enables General Practitioners and Specialist Physicians located anywhere, keep track of and maintain the Comprehensive Medical Records of every single patient they treat, regardless of which hospital they work in or where they first administered treatment to the patients.

Physicians to be able to electronically track and keep comprehensive medical records of the patients they treat.

Physicians are able to access and search for their patients’ electronic records using this software and update them as they treat their patients.

Some of the information that can be stored by the Physicians (General Practitioners and Specialist Physicians) include the following:

1. Patient’s Name

2. Gender

3. Location/Address

4. Date of Birth/Age

5. Date of Physician Visit

6. Pre-Existing Condition(s), if any

7. Disease(s) Diagnosed

8. Drug(s) Prescribed

9. Previous Health History

The software is able to allow the Physician Personally enter the above data in for every patient he or she treats and at every time they visit him for treatment, regardless of which hospital facility he sees them in.

Additionally, the software allows the physician to check through his comprehensive and personal

medical database containing all his patient’s electronic records and pull them up at will.

So for a particular patient, the Physician is able to draw up all the treatments associated with

a single patient displaying all the treatments he or she has ever administered to the patient.
