Please note that all bookings are non-refundable due to the personalized nature of this one-on-one strategy session and the time reserved exclusively for you.

If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, you may request to reschedule to a later date. To be eligible for rescheduling, please notify me at least 24 hours before your scheduled session.

Requests made less than 24 hours before the session, or missed appointments without prior notice, will be considered forfeited and cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
