Ibeju Lekki Land Scam

Dear Ibeju-Lekki land investor,

For us not to be cheated out of our hard-earned money in the name of land investment, I created this book to give us an idea of what to ask and look out for before we make payment for any land.

I have been in this industry for the last seven years and I have seen thousands scammed when it comes to purchasing land, most especially in the Ibeju-Lekki axis.

Some are not even aware that they have been scammed!

This book will equip you with enough knowledge to know the right question to ask and know what to look out for before you buy.

Real estate when done right remains one of the best investments in the world.

However, we must do it right!
