This inner circle membership was created to solve incorporation issues. Beyond what you were taught in law school, there are some practical issues lawyers deal with while handling incorporation and post-incorporation.

To provide guidance and make incorporation matters easier for lawyers, this community of lawyers was created.

Kindly note that your membership in this platform is mainly to put you through some difficulties. It is not a course on Cac registrations but you can always ask questions and get answers from other members of the inner circle.

ALSO, this membership is not an EXCUSE to stop research on incorporation matters when necessary. Members of this circle aren't islands of knowledge but from experience, we can help each other.
