2. The Role of a Product Manager: In this module, you'll learn vital skills for becoming a Product Owner. This includes responsibilities such as market analysis, roadmap planning, requirement gathering, creating user-centric specifications, and managing crucial documents for collaborative alignment in product development.
3. Agile Methodology and Frameworks: This module introduces Agile methodologies and frameworks, highlighting their significance in modern project management. It covers Agile principles such as iterative development, customer collaboration, and adaptive planning. Additionally, it explores Scrum for iterative development and team collaboration, as well as Kanban for workflow visualization and enhanced productivity.
4. Software Development Lifecycle: This module dives into the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and fundamental concepts of product development.
