Arewa (A Play)

Arewa talks about a lady who lives with her Uncle in a strange land. She is abducted by the king who sent his guards to fetch him young maidens to replace his banished queen.

Arewa is distinguished from other abducted maidens by the grace of God. She discovers the hard way that being in authority is not a bed of roses, when she has to stand between her people and those who wish them dead.

She must learn why she is queen in such a time as this or risk their extinction.
