The INSIGHT - 365 Days of 50 Greys
The Insight is not a motivational book. It is a life book born from my personal, practical, and transformative experiences in the first 50 years of my life. It is not based on any philosophical beliefs or religious books, but it may align with various spiritual principles, known or unknown to you. I gained these insights mostly during rough situations in my life, and as a neutral life sojourner or immigrant on Earth. I believed I was inspired by the divine presence within me, providing guidance and answers to my many questions as I navigate life mysteries. These are all real-life inspirations from God, drawn from true events in my life. However, I did not attempt to support The Insight with any religious sources to prevent readers from mistaking it for a religious resource.
The Insight covers nearly all aspects of life, including politics, religion, education, governance, business, culture, tradition, marriage, relationships, gender, economics, science, technology, child grooming, aging, entertainment, sex, media, spirituality, death, health, nation-building, social life, and humanity, among others. Some aspects are emphasized more than others to convey relevance. Its goal is to provide practical solutions and peace of mind for the many diverse problems of life, most of which are caused by humans themselves and are therefore self-destructive.
The Insight aims to offer fundamental solutions that enable you to enjoy the inherent joy of life across almost all areas you may encounter. A proper understanding of life fosters gratitude, contentment, and peace.
The ideas shared in The Insight reflect both global and local (African and Nigerian) contexts because they are real-life inspirations rooted in my personal journey and experiences as a Nigerian, African, and
global citizen. However, you will appreciate this book more with an open mind, free from any gender, religious, racial, or political biases.
Lastly, the book is designed as a daily devotional tool to help you read, think, and meditate on one insight each day; therefore, it will take you at most 365 days to complete The Insight and gain the
full benefits of the material. However, you can read at your own pace for effective meditation and understanding, such as two or more insights a day, and complete the material in less than a year.
