The Soft Reset

The Soft Reset 🤎

A gentle 7-day reset to reflect and reconnect with yourself and God

Maybe you don't need to change your whole life.

Maybe you just need to pause.

You have been strong for so long. Showing up, figuring it out, overthinking at 2am, doubting your worth, procrastinating on the things that actually matter to you.

You are not lazy. You are not behind. You are just tired and disconnected from yourself and God.

I made The Soft Reset for you — and for me.

This started as me keeping a promise to myself after an existential life crises. I was tired of overthinking, and not trusting myself enough, trying to fix everything by myself. I just wanted 7 days to breathe, to be honest with God, and to come home to myself.

So this is not a book to fix you. Because you are not broken.

It is a soft place to land for 7 days.

What you are getting for ₦5,000:

This is a 26-page digital guide you can finish in 10 minutes a day. No big grammar, no pressure.

Inside each day you get:

- A soft truth for the day — to calm your overthinking

- A real prayer — that sounds like you, not church English

- A scripture in simple English + what it actually means for your life right now

- Journal prompts — to release what you have been holding

- A gentle action — so small you will actually do it

- Affirmations to speak over yourself

- And on Day 7, a Letter to My Future Self

In 7 days you will:

Learn to pause without guilt

Stop overthinking and start trusting again

Feel close to God again, even if you have been distant

Come home to yourself — softer, clearer, lighter

This is for you if:

You are in your in-between season. Waiting, healing, trusting God again. You are a student, a creative, working 9-5, figuring out life in your 20s. You love God but you feel tired. You want to reset without pressure.
