How to Set it Up

Step 1: Enable the Telegram Integration

1. Log into your Selar dashboard.

2. From the left sidebar, click Integrations and select Telegram.

3. Connect your existing Telegram account and approve the requested permissions.

4. Once connected, you’ll see Telegram listed on your Integrations dashboard.

Step 2: Add the Selar Bot to Your Telegram Groups

1. Open the Telegram app and select the group you want to link.

2. Add @tryselarbot (Selar Bot) to the group.

3. Grant the bot admin permissions, including:

• Ban/Restrict users
• Invite/Add users

4. You’ll receive a confirmation message in the group, and the group will now appear on your Telegram Integrations page in Selar.

Step 3: Add Telegram Groups to Your Products 

The following steps will help you attach Telegram groups to specific products:

1. Create or edit a product

2. On your product create/edit page, go to the Advanced Options tab. Under Telegram Settings, choose the group you want to link to that product.

3. After purchase, customers get a unique one-time link to join the Telegram group instantly.
