I was trying to sell to everyone. I was stretched too thin as a result of this and couldn\u2019t offer so much value as I am doing now.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What keeps you going, and how are you able to stay consistent.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I always have a roadmap guiding me. Before I sell a course, I ask myself questions like; How many people do I want to sell to? What will the pricing be? How do I market it?&nbsp; What niches am I targeting? I also set a timeline for each course. I also do not just create a course, I create content to tell the people I\u2019m targeting the benefits of the course for them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>We have just a few people who run aggressive marketing as you do. Do you have a large team in place that helps with your marketing?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No, I don\u2019t. I have learned how to automate a lot of things but that\u2019s not even what it is. The thing is, most business owners have this mentality of not selling too much online. I don\u2019t know who taught them that. They believe people will mute them when they oversell. I understand that but when you infuse creativity in your sales, nobody is going to mute you. I love what I do. I love to post but I don\u2019t like to answer dms. What I do is to drive the noise by posting and another person handles the backend.&nbsp; Another thing I do is when I\u2019m selling or marketing, I am not creating the course. The mindset you need for creating a course is different from the one you need in marketing it. That\u2019s what most people don\u2019t know. They try to do so many things at a time. I focus on one, get it done and move to the next. I don\u2019t call it aggressive marketing, I call it shameless marketing.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>If there\u2019s anything I have learned, it is that be shameless about your marketing and also be creative about it. It helps you stay on top of the mind of your audience.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One thing about being top of mind is that it introduces you to permission marketing. It gives you permission to start selling to people because they are already asking you how they can buy the product.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>You talked about posting consistently, Marketing shamelessly and creatively. What other things do you do?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While marketing my last course, I tried running ads to my warm audience but it wasn\u2019t working and I called it off.\u00a0 I did that because I wasn\u2019t getting a return on investment. So I focused on my organic traffic which includes Instagram and my email list. Let me mention that I have over 50,000 people on my list. One thing I love about Selar is that it helps me build my email list. Anyone who buys my course via Selar automatically joins my list. It makes it easy for me to market back to them. Truthfully, I don\u2019t do a lot of marketing. What I did mostly that really helped was influencer marketing. I also used trending videos on TikTok and reels. I also did a lot of Facebook posts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How do craft sales copy that sells?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sales copy for me is understanding English and to be honest, I\u2019m not very good. My copywriting is simple. I just make sure I call out the key things that my audience needs to hear. I have a copywriter as a staff. When he writes, I still edit it to what I want because, at the end of the day, I feel like I understand my followers better. I try to use very simple English.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How many times do you suggest creators post daily?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sincerely, there\u2019s no certain amount. Just do what works for you because you don\u2019t know which post is going to go viral. If you are to post more than once a day, can you make it at least one hour apart. You become a nuisance when you post every minute.
