Terms and Conditions
*1. RECOUPMENT & INDEMNITY*
- The Artist agrees to indemnify the Promoter with recouped profits without the Promoter needing to request.
- The Promoter may request DSPs (Digital Service Providers) to pay a proportion of proceeds.
*2. RIGHTS & USAGE*
- The Artist grants Sammie's 01 Ent the right to use their name/image for promotional purposes without copyright issues. Artist name must not be another artists intellectual property.
*3. PROMOTION CLAIMS*
- The Promoter clarifies that "same day mass delivery results are not real and cannot be guaranteed and may be misleading"
- Organic promotion yields results over time.

Upon completing your registration, please be patient, as you will be redirected to sign the contract offer for this promotion.
The promotion is valued at 20% of the artists initial budget or a minimum of $499, with the Artist committing $200 of which is the artists initial bid which means a total budget of $2000
- The Promoter will recoup the remaining $299 from proceeds generated by the promotion as to 70%-30% the latter which belongs to The Promoter
