Over the years, every time I listen to a Music minister stand before a congregation to lead them in praise or worship, the difference is always apparent. I am able to tell which of these Ministers have come to terms with the essence of what they speak of and which of these ministers are only trying to make things work.
First of all, worship must be understood and taken beyond the confines of a Sunday morning ritual or a Thursday evening item on the Church program. The place of music in Christian gathering is never for entertainment or just one of those items to fill up the time and make the congregation escape the boredom threshold. No!
Believers all around the world must come to terms with Who we worship. We don't sing, dance, clap, kneel, lay prostrate or shed those tears in worship just because we want to. There is a deep-seated reality in our hearts that more often than not, our words are inadequate to express.
We happen to function in a time, a season, an age and a dispensation where knowledge is crucial to the quality of life we experience. In this Dispensation, there is such a great emphasis on the importance of knowledge in a bid to make the most of God's intent for you as a believer. In this volume, you will:
• Understanding the basics of singing in the Spirit
• Be taught on the place of melody and spiritual songs in worship
• Learn and practicalize waiting on Him!
Please realize this, a Dispensation is upon us, God has invested so much; we cannot afford to fail Him!
About the Author
Victor Oluwadamilare has been serving in the Pulpit Ministry for over two decades now (as at the time of this publication). He has worked very hard in the vineyard of the Lord, serving Him on several platforms and being a blessing to God’s people.
