This truth was born out of a study of one of the most overlooked pictures in all of Scripture: the Ark of the Covenant in Exodus 25. Inside the Ark sat the Testimony — God's promises, God's covenant, God's spoken word. But the Testimony alone never touched the mercy seat above it did.
