This coaching is designed to assist young professionals to better position themselves for growth, navigate the career ladder and develop the mindset & skills required to leverage on their talents, and step into roles of greater influence.

Focused on young professional’s career progression & advancement, this one-of-a-kind coaching provides participants the knowledge, skills, tools, as well as practical true-life scenarios that will help them grow their career tree.

The Coaching sessions are structured as easy to follow video sessions, workbooks & assignments that will force participations to think deeply about who they are and what they really want. It will provide the required guidance to overcome challenges and typical obstacles to high achieving young professionals scaling the career ladder.

MEET HAMILTON GABRIEL

 Hamilton Gabriel is a dynamic and results-driven key player in youth unemployment advocate with over seven years of work experience including over a decade of extensive professional fund management experience in investment banking and financial advisory at UK-DION Group and Allianz Insurance Plc. Hamilton is a graduate in Zoology and Environmental Biology from University of Calabar and holds a Certification in International Development from the Bocconi University, he went on to establish Tribe Africa in 2019 with the goal of becoming Nigeria's foremost pan African organization in addressing the challenges of youth unemployment across Africa.

His organization, Tribe Africa is a recipient of fully funded fate foundation and Meta Aspiring Enterprise Programme in Nigeria in 2022 More recently, Hamilton has trained over 200 young professionals and place them on decent job career path, with some participants already on decent jobs as well as development of business case, growth opportunities for small and medium enterprise drivers. Hamilton Gabriel Lamech is the Executive Director of Tribe Africa, a non-government organization that seeks to close gaps in youth unemployment in Nigeria. He engages policymakers, and stakeholders in Nigeria in addressing some of the roadblocks of youth unemployment, providing support and guidance to youths across Nigeria on how to reposition for a decent job and business optimization.

He leads an advocacy and implementation campaign on United Nations Sustainable Development goal 8. Hamilton is the convener of Economic Re-Engineering, a social intervention programme that brings together small and medium enterprise drivers and stakeholders, policymakers deliberating on optimizing entrepreneurship growth and career acceleration in Africa. Hamilton resides in Abuja.
