Coaching Like Christ (CLC) is an intimate 40-day journey designed to help African Christian leaders examine their hearts, strengthen their leadership, and bring their leadership into greater alignment with Christ.

What you will experience

Over 40 days, you will:

- Examine the heart behind your leadership and decisions.

- Grow in self-awareness, character and spiritual maturity.

- Learn to lead with greater humility, courage, compassion and integrity.

- Confront patterns that may be limiting your leadership.

- Have honest conversations and accountability within a trusted circle.

- Learn to steward influence, responsibility and relationships in a Christ-centred way.

- Build practices that help you continue growing beyond the 40 days.

Weekly live coaching conversations

A private WhatsApp community

Reflection, accountability and practical leadership work

This is not a programme where you come to perform strength.

It is a space to pause, examine, grow and become.

By the end of the 40 days, you should have greater clarity about who God is calling you to become, stronger foundations for how you lead, and practical steps for carrying Christ into your leadership, relationships and influence.
