• Technical questions. No question is too basic. Someone here has faced it.
• What worked. Case studies, wins, things you'd do differently.
• What didn't. Failures teach more than successes, and we're all safer for hearing them.
• Opportunities. Roles, tenders, collaborations, speaking slots.
• Resources worth sharing. Standards, tools, papers, courses.

HOUSE RULES
1. Be useful. This is a professional society, not a promotional channel.
2. Be specific. "Vibration issue on a 250kW motor, 3 months post-overhaul" gets answers. "Any advice on pumps?" does not.
3. Answer when you can. The value you take out should roughly match what you put in.
4. No confidential data. Sanitise plant names, client details, and anything commercially sensitive before posting.
5. Disagree freely, respectfully. Technical debate is how standards improve.
6. No spam, no MLM, no unsolicited pitching.
